The Essenthial 1.0 project was born from the experience of those who daily perform in the scope of oral surgery and know first-hand the challenges that clinicians face daily in implant placement procedures.

The Dentha winning point take place in the figure of its creator, a dentist who has intertwined his high knowledge with decades of clinical experience and a bit of entrepreneurial spirit. A combined mix which has been transformed into a tangible new implant system: Essenthial1.0. By clinicians for clinicians, therefore this dental implant system has been designed with the aim to provide a simplified ed surgical and prosthetic procedure, to reduce chair-time and to achieve better aesthetic results.

Dentha offers also a restricted but, at the same time, versatile range of efficient tools and precision superstructures. These give the possibility to doctors to insert Essenthial1.0 implants also into jawbones partially or fully edentulous. Macro-shape of our implants has been designed to provide stability in all types of bone and at the same time, micro-shape greatly enhances osseointegration processes that unites bone to an implant surface.

Essenthial1.0 dental implants can be inserted following two-stage surgical protocol or one- stage technique and also using immediate loading procedure. The purpose is to reach primary and secondary stability of the implant to firmly sustain removable partial dentures and fixed dentures.

Severe control systems constantly verify all production steps, complying with European Regulation 93/42/ EEC, 2007/47/EC. Dentha has been certi ed in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO 13485/2016 Quality Management System for Medical Devices. Products that appear in this catalogue are CE approved and are registered in the Italian Board of Health database.

Implants

A colour code system has been de ned in the Essen- thial1.0 implant system for identifying the intraosse- ous diameter of the implant. The nal drills and the sequence on the surgical tray (BOX_E1.0_RADEL) are also identi ed with the colour code. Essenthial1.0 dental implants are divided in four groups, depending on the diameter:

The eight successful points of Essenthial 1.0

TRIPLE TAPER-SHAPE
In order to enhance a better primary stability also in different conditions of bone quality and quantity. Essenthial1.0 implant has been designed with a triple taper-shape: coronal, of implant body and of threads.

MACRO-THREAD BODY IMPLANT
The xture apical portion is self-threading; double thread 180° shifted for a faster insertion and for increasing bone to implant contact (BIC). Furthermore, threads exhibit different depth and shape. In the coronal zone, there are square threads which have a compacting function, V-threads act as osteotome in the apical portion. Thanks to this special structure good primary stability is provided.

MICRO-THREADED NECK
Essenthila1.0 dental implant feature is the micro- thread neck instead of a common microgroove. This particularity helps to enhance primary stability and the thrust during implant insertion, especially in cases of low quantity of bone (4/5 mm of superior maxillary bone thus it is necessary a sinus lift).

CONICAL ENGAGE
In the internal coronal part Essenthial1.0 implants have a conical surface where abutment is engaged.

ROUNDED APEX
Protection of the sinus floor. The implant has two apical cutting for a better penetration. They also give a major stability and ensure anti-rotation of the implant. Furthermore, they have a decompression function and pick up apical bone debris.

SA-SURFACE TREATMENT
Osseointegration processes are greatly enhanced by receptive implant surface. Essenthial1.0 implants undergo a rigorous surface treatment process. The surface is treated both by sandblasting and acid-etching (SA). In this way is guaranteed a high level of BIC (bone implant contact) and bacterial adhesion is reduced.
